Other areas showing positive month-over-month growth included Sales (+9.8%), Marketing/PR (+7.6%), and Other categories (+8.5%). In contrast, several categories exhibited downward trends, including Administrative roles (-14.8%), Finance/Insurance/Real Estate (-12.3%), and IT-related positions (-10.2%).

A year-on-year comparison of job seeker activity in June 2025 shows an overall positive trend across most categories. Notably, IT-related roles saw a substantial 30.1% increase, contributing significantly to the expansion of the job market. Executive/Management positions also recorded strong growth at 22.1%, followed by Other categories (+21.7%) and Marketing/PR (+11.5%).
On the other hand, certain sectors continued to decline year-on-year, including Administrative roles (-12.5%), Electronics/Machinery (-10.4%), and Finance/Insurance/Real Estate (-7.4%), indicating the need for strategic responses in those industries.
Other segments showing steady growth include Consulting (+10.1%), Service/Retail (+9.4%), Education/Training/Language (+6.9%), Creative (+4.5%), and IT-related roles (+3.8%). These figures reflect distinct trends emerging within each sector.
