Provision on Payment of Fees

The Service provided by Human Resocia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") varies in the date of fee accrual and payment method depending on the type of target site, as described below. Furthermore, the definitions of the words and terms used in this Provision on Payment of Fees (hereinafter referred to as this "Provision") shall be in accordance with the "Recruiting Company Membership: Terms of Use of Service," unless otherwise provided.

Article 1: Definitions

In this Provision, the words and terms used shall be defined as follows:

 1."Overseas" shall mean any country other than Japan.

 2. "Daijob.com" shall mean the Service provided based on the job-seeking website   

  (https://www.daijob.com/) among the target sites, whose main users are bilingual personnel residing in Japan.

 3. "Working Abroad" shall mean the Service provided based on the job-seeking website (https://workingabroad.daijob.com/) among the target sites, whose main users are personnel currently residing in Japan who wish to work overseas.

 4. "Each Service" shall collectively mean the services referred to in items (2) through (3) above.

Article 2: Date of Fee Accrual

The date of fee accrual for each Service shall be as follows:

 1.Daijob.com:
 The date on which the Company has notified the Member Company of the ID and password required for listing on Daijob.com.

 2. Working Abroad:
 The date on which the Company has notified the Member Company of the ID and password required for listing on Working Abroad.
Article 3: Payment Date of Fees
In principle, the payment terms shall be as stated in the Application Conditions; provided, however, that notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Article, certain services may require full prepayment (payment of fees prior to the posting of job information or notification of ID and password). Furthermore, the payment of fees does not guarantee the provision of services by the Company. Even in cases where the fees have been paid, the Company may refuse the posting of information pursuant to the provisions of the "Recruiting Company Membership Terms of Use" or the "Regulations on Job Information Posting."
Supplementary Provisions

These Regulations shall be implemented from April 1, 2016.
