According to the past data, the average number of visitors was 68, 74% of whom were 34 years old or younger, and more than 90% of companies were able to meet one or more prospective job seekers, which is effective in forming a population and recruiting young people.

The fair attracts a large number of highly specialized bilingual professionals who are eager to find employment, and with an average seating capacity of 68, it is possible to meet a large number of excellent candidates.

The success factor that led to the hiring of the Daijob Career Fair was that it was more like a casual interview than a place to meet new job seekers. We approached candidates in advance via scout emails, and by having them visit the fair in person, we were able to spend more time talking with them. With online meetings, time is limited and conversations become somewhat formal, making it difficult to get the true feelings out of the candidates. We were able to reaffirm the value of meeting in person.

We use e-mail newsletters and SNS to notify users of "Daijob.com," which has more than 780,000 members, and we also conduct segment advertisements for people who want to change jobs by making use of English. We also conduct promotions for visiting English universities and vocational schools. When we hold a special feature, we also conduct job experience segmentation in line with the feature. |
