On a year-over-year basis, overall application activity continued to rise in July. Marketing/PR led the gains at +32.9%, followed by Finance/Insurance/Real Estate (+31.3%). Executive/Management (+18.8%) and Administrative (+10.5%) also posted solid increases, while Education/Training/Language categories showed continued declines.

The July results highlight ongoing momentum across multiple job categories. Finance/Insurance/Real Estate stood out with a remarkable 76% increase month-on-month, signaling strong demand for specialized bilingual professionals. At the same time, Marketing/PR (+32.9% year-on-year) and Executive/Management (+18.8% year-on-year) underscore how companies are actively strengthening their growth strategies and pursuing highly skilled talent.
By contrast, Education/Training/Language roles continue to show contraction, both month-over-month and year-over-year, reflecting evolving market needs. Overall, the global talent market is displaying higher mobility, requiring employers to conduct detailed, category-specific analyses and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
