Integration of Daijob.com, Japan's Leading Bilingual Recruitment Platform,
into Human Resocia

Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"), operator of the career transition and recruitment site "Daijob.com" for business professionals and bilinguals, hereby announces that it will integrate with its group company, Human Resocia Co., Ltd., effective May 1, 2026.

We will fuse the Company's "Recruitment Platform Business," which boasts over 870,000 registered members, with Human Resocia's "Nationwide Staffing and Placement Business." Through this synergy, we aim to establish a robust framework capable of providing one-stop, optimal solutions—ranging from recruitment media to talent introduction—to meet the diverse needs of global corporations.

• Effective Date: May 1, 2026

• Method of Integration: Absorption merger with Human Resocia Co., Ltd. as the surviving entity.

• Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Business: This specific business segment will be transferred to Human Academy Co., Ltd., effective April 1, 2026.

• Continuation of Services: The "Daijob.com" brand and its services will continue to be provided without interruption following the integration.

In conjunction with this integration, the personal information of customers and job seekers held by Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. will be succeeded by Human Resocia Co., Ltd., the surviving entity. Following the integration, registered information and service details will remain unchanged and fully accessible. Please be assured that all personal information will continue to be strictly managed and protected in accordance with relevant laws and the privacy policy of Human Resocia Co., Ltd.

Post-integration, we remain committed to leveraging the comprehensive strengths of the Human Group to serve as a bridge connecting global professional talent with enterprises, providing services of the highest quality.
