Daijob.com has released the "Survey on Foreign Nationals' Perspectives on Jobs and Careers in Japan Vol. 2" targeting foreign nationals, following the October survey results. 68.6% of foreign nationals expressed a desire to build a long-term career in Japan, with equal interest in considering working in the United States and other countries besides Japan. Despite this interest, Japan's average annual salary of 41,509 dollars falls below the OECD average, signaling room for improvement in attracting foreign talent to the country.

The report indicates that job seekers are increasingly attracted to Japan due to its safety and security compared to other countries with unstable conditions. While Japan's salary levels are perceived to be lower than in other nations, the quality of life and safety factors make it an appealing destination for skilled foreign professionals.

Now, let's take a look at the "Trends in Global Talent in November 2024" and see what happened.
